SEO is usually taken as a process which should lead to improved rankings. It really doesn’t mean anything else. All right, the first thing which is crazy about this project is the budget. Can anyone bring 10,000 visitors for just $20? Well, I would create an automated program which will generate such clicks for $20, but I wouldn’t bid on this project. The second detail which makes me smile is that number of visitors. As you might know, it’s not a problem to get such traffic with high competitve keywords only in case your site has top rankings for these phrases. I’m asking „Would you work as SEO for an undiscovered site with minimum of traffic?“ I wouldn’t. There are a few basic reasons. At first, it could take 1 year until you get really good positions for very competitve phrases. Secondly, $20 is not worth it.
As you can see, there isn’t any URL in the project description. So how can you get an idea what kind of people you will be focusing on? Is that webmaster looking for visitors only? What if you send him a visitor who is looking for canopies, but his site is about chess? Weird. I’ll tell you the truth. The programmers who bid on such projects offer only „spam traffic“, what simply means they have got some huge lists of emails and they will send unwanted emails to those people. They’re getting email addresses from guestbooks or from their sites, where their „privacy policy“ doesn’t allow to „share“ any email address.
What is the solution for a question like „I want 10,000 real visitors“? The solution roots in hiring very professional SEO consultant, who will start with analysis and who will ask money for everything. Yes, very good consultants ask money for advices too, because they know what they’re doing. You can get 10,000 visitors if only your site is

- 2) good enough,
- 3) very trusted by Google, MSN and Yahoo.
